DRC national and health-zone figures: INSP SitRep N°145 (6 October 2026). Uganda: Ministry of Health — outbreak declared over 28 July 2026, figures final at 20 confirmed / 2 deaths / 18 recoveries. WHO Disease Outbreak News (DON608) is retained as a cross-reference. Health-zone boundaries, centroids and population (used for cases per 100,000) are from the INRB-UMIE archived DRC health-zone shapefile (DRC_Health_zones.shp, v1, INRB-UMIE/BDBV2026-Data); Alimbongo, Bafwasende, Biena, Bulu, Buta, Dungu, Ganga, Gombari, Kayna, Manguredjipa, Mutwanga, Tshopo and Viadana were added from the same file on 8 October 2026. 493 confirmed Ituri deaths are pending classification by health zone (“A ventiler”) and are excluded from zone-level death totals: national deaths 4,205 = 3,712 zone-level + 493. Per-zone case shares use the national total (8,728). Province totals are the SitRep’s printed figures, so Ituri’s 3,007 deaths include these 493.
CFR is confirmed deaths ÷ confirmed cases and is right-censored while cases remain unresolved. Recovered is reported nationally only. Cumulative trends are by SitRep report date, not symptom onset; gaps are missing SitReps and are not interpolated. Mobility flows are Flowminder / Vodacom estimated relocations for April 2026 (Vodacom subscribers only; Flowminder-derived estimates, not exact counts of people), from the INRB-UMIE open data release. Flows are shown only between mapped health zones; directed pairs under 15 are redacted at source and are never counted as zero. Uncertainty ranges (published lower–upper bounds) are shown on flow tooltips.
